Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the creative team in developing digital strategies, campaigns, and products that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition
  • Set the creative bar for our clients and deliver breakthrough work that drives results up and down the funnel, and across the org
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work that meets project objectives
  • Partner with functional leaders and executive teams to demonstrate how brand and creative initiatives directly drive business growth and competitive advantage
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts that push the boundaries of digital media and technology
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and target audiences, and to develop creative solutions that meet their specific requirements
  • Oversee the creation and execution of creative assets including videos, animations, graphics, websites, social media campaigns, and more
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and emerging technologies, and bring new ideas and best practices to the team
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
  • Lead creative point of view for business development, contributing to proposals and pitches with innovative and creative ideas

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in design, digital marketing or a related field, with a strong emphasis on digital innovation
  • A diverse portfolio that showcases a refined eye for strategy, design and copy across a variety of project types and mediums
  • Proven track record of creating successful creative solutions—digital campaigns, strategies, design systems and products that drive engagement and deliver measurable results
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of creative professional
  • Proven track record of managing and growing creative teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and marketing teams
  • Passion and commitment for great design
